BUY WITH CONFIDENCE when purchasing NON-OEM (or compatible) parts.

Embatex high quality toners are manufactured to a quality equal to that of the OEM toner and come with the following guarantee, which we pass directly onto you:

• We guarantee that using our toner cartridges will not void the manufacturer's warranty on your printer.
• We guarantee that the Embatex toner cartridges that we supply are free of defects in both components used in the remanufacturing operation and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of manufacture.
• All of the toner cartridges we supply are manufactured under the strictest quality control standards and are tested extensively to ensure quality and reliability equal to that of the OEM.
• We will replace or refund on any supplied toner cartridges found to be defective.
• Providing that our Embatex toner cartridges are used in accordance with your printer's specifications (as defined by the OEM), we guarantee that Embatex toner cartridges will not cause any abnormal wear or damage.
• Should a toner cartridge cause damage to your printer, Embatex will, after inspection of the product, arrange for the repair or replacement of your printer. It is solely at the discretion of Embatex AG whether a printer is repaired or replaced. None of this will carry any cost to you.

On the rare occasions where the toner cartridge you require isn't available as an Embatex toner, we will advise you of this when supplying a quote. In this case, the product will still be a high quality compatible but the above guarantees will not be valid. However, Qualink will still refund or replace any supplied product that you are not 100% satisfied with.
