We have done extensive market research into various companies toner requirements. During the research stages, it soon became clear that the people in charge of purchasing office supplies were mainly buying from either local office supplies shops or big one-stop office suppliers. Very few used the services of a printer consumables specialist.

We also investigated what type of consumables were purchased, some wanted the cheapest possible regardless of quality, some stayed with the OEM brand because they trusted the quality, some wanted compatible toners but it took a while to find a brand that they liked.

A big issue with everyone was having a supplier that could reliably meet their needs, regardless of cost.

Not many companies considered the environmental impact of sending used cartridges to landfill, rather than having them collected for recycling.

Qualink can now help companies both small and large, local and national to save money and meet their laser printer and copier needs. Qualink has developed good relationships with its suppliers to get the best prices possible. But Qualink doesn't have the big overheads of a one-stop office supplier so prices are kept low, and those savings are passed on to the customer.

Qualink is environmentally aware and comitted to keeping as many used toner cartridges as possible from going to landfill.
